Web Configurator Broken?
-
Hi,
Just upgraded v2.2 to the latest release, but now the web interface just says "503 - Service Not Available". Are others having this issue? I have tried restarting the Web Configurator (from ssh), but no joy.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

Hi,
Did a manual upgrade from the shell (ssh) - it's working again, thanks!

Thanks for the follow up, I am having the same issue. I'll do the same

I did the upgrade and found the webconfigurator restored and available.
However, a week later the service is no longer available. The only package I have installed is the Bandwidthd.
I mean, otherwise it's amazing.
Running the Asrock Q1900B-ITX board, 4 GB RAM, skymaster ethernet pci-e card and on board realtek, both connected via ethernet.

Hi,
Same issue here … :(. It has been working, upgraded to the latest version (BETA release) - and now it's broken again.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

Hi,
Seems to be an issue with a package … I think. On clean install it works, but then breaks when packages are installed (automatically). I also have BandwidthD installed.
Thanks!

Hi,
Yep, confirmed - interface works on clean upgrade, but is then broken after packages install. Is there a way to remove a specific package from the shell? Otherwise I can't get the GUI back … :(.
Thanks!

Hi,
I manually removed bandwidthd as explained here (https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=29866.0) - modified /cf/conf/config.xml, then upgrade. Now the GUI is back!
So it seems that bandwidthd is broken now … :(.

Hi,
FYI, with a clean install everything was working. Then I went to BandwidthD from the service menu, clicked Save to enable it (as it wasn't running, even though it was enabled) … so Save with no settings changes. Immediately the Web GUI was broken again ... :(.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
