[help] lightsquid package in pfsense error in running

Hi All,
Can somebody help me fixing this error in lightsquid..Thanks

LightSquid diagnostic.
Error : report folder '/var/lightsquid/report' not contain any valid data! Please run lightparser.pl (and check 'report' folder content)
Please check config file !

$langpatph /usr/pbi/lightsquid-1386/share/lightsquid/lang

$reportpath /var/lightsquid/report

troubleshooting made:
run lightparser- no effect
full refresh - no effect
reboot pfsense - no effect
uninstall/install package lightsquid - no effect

currently running pfsense
2.1.5-RELEASE (i386)
built on Mon Aug 25 07:44:26 EDT 2014
FreeBSD 8.3-RELEASE-p16

make sure u enable logging on squid proxy server

same problem here. Since i updated from pfsende 2.13 to 2.15 lightsquid is not working anymore. If i do a refresh, the /var/lightsquid/report is updated but the "Lightsquid Report" page is not updated and has the new data.

Hi, Thanks for the answer,,,,,but it does not solve my problem,…i dont want to use sarg report or maybe i will try it later but for now im looking for a solution of this error,thanks a lot...
