I'm getting the results I wanted

I figured I'd post a success story :)
It took me a while, lots of reading and a couple tutorials, but I've finally gotten pfsense to do what I want. The most beneficial tutorial for me is here, it did exactly what I wanted to accomplish and with only a few missteps on my part, it is now working. I couldn't get it all working with floating rules, so I had to make one a WAN rule, but it is working.

Here is the telling picture:
The top graph is the WAN port and the second is the OpenVPN port. The VPN port dumps into the WAN default queue, while the VOIP and qOthersHigh are higher in priority. You can see with the VPN port where the bandwidth is reduced when the phone call (green, qVOIP) was going on. The qOthersHigh is my work laptop VPN connection.I can sustain a very high quality VOIP call over my work laptop, while maxing out my upbound traffic. It still gets messed up when traffic in the work VPN gets congested, which happens to be limited by work, not my bandwidth.
I've been running the past 3-4 days with my upbound traffic maxed with no real VOIP issues.
