      Hello Everyone,

I have checked the forum and could not find any related post.

Is it possible to monitor (using nagios or other ways) the CARPSYNC between 2 pfsense devices is working. Is it possible to generate an alert (email) if master has any issues syncing with Slave?

I have installed NRPEv2 package but did not find any check there.

      Thank you for your help

If you have enabled E-Mail notification pfsense will send you an alert mail if the sync doesn't work.
        Doesn't that meet your claims?

          Hello viragomann,

          Thank you for your reply!

I can see that notification is sent when CARPSYNC has issues. This is very helpful.

Is there a command line way of checking that there is an issue?

          Thank you
