Ipsec stop working when i moved to firebox x700

Hello..
my working config is like this below.. but when I move this config to firebox X700 it does not work.. every other settings are the same, firewall rules, etc.
Any change is that my Firebox has cryptocard SafeNet SafeXcel-1141 rng des/3des aes md5 sha1  card, is this could be a problem?

Take out the crypto card, those are broken and break any accelerated protocol.
