      Bonjour

We have a PPPoE fiber available. The pfSense makes internet connection just fine, no problem there. The problem is however with the subnet. We have a range of 8 IP addresses. The pfSense logs into PPPoE and gets the gateway address. The other available IP addresses can be used (from the outside) by adding virtual IP's. I can use services like PPTP and HTTPS on those IP's, working just fine.

However, if I want to connect to one of those IP's from within the LAN (or OPT1 for that matter) it doesn't work. Tracing that (virtual) IP traces back to the gateway of the provider, not the pfSense, outside of my 8 available IP addresses.

Aparently I'm doing something wrong here. Has anybody a solution?

If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.
