it depends on exact tasks you're trying to achieve

      2. GA-C1037EN-EU 4GB RAM

It would just be a small 10 - 15 device network running 24/7 for home use

To be certain to have success with the nics I would stick to Intel.

Ok. I thought you were referring to the CPU. Pfsense however recommends using x86_64 if your CPU supports 64 bit regardless of the amount of RAM.

I've been running a Sempron 3400 in a Pfsense box I built for our church. I have 1GB RAM in mine (2 512MB sticks I had laying around). I've always ran the x64 code - starting with 2.1 and now 2.2 beta.

It easily handles the 30/5 cable modem fine with up to 150 users (mostly phones, but we occasionally see folks bring in tablets).

I did use real Intel nics.

There appear to be two Sempeon 3400+ processors that run at 2GHz. Both support AMD64.
1GB will be a lot better than 512MB if you can find another stick of dram particularly if you want to run anything additional.

That wifi card should work in 2.2. I wouldn't count on it. If you have the card already then try it.

That Rosewill dual nic looks to be based on the Realtek rtl8169 which is best avoided. There's a review stating it bahaved badly with pfSense at newegg.

for a basic system not running squid, etc - it will be sufficient

edit: see if you can add another 512 or 1gb of ddr1 for cheap

for wifi, you may want to use an external router as a accesspoint with the pfsense doing the DHCP,etc
