Dnsrecords for internal addresses

Hi all,

I've been trying to work this out.

I have installed pfsense. With a local domain; let's call that domainname.com. This domain, i also have public, but want to use it for internal ip addresses like a internal webserver, nas, cloud etc.

the good thing, is that pfsense's hostname works great. so when i type in the browser: "pfsense.domainname.com", it works great. Now, I want this for some other ip-addresses as well.

I added a hostname, and same domainname in all the services, but it doesn't work.
How can I get this working?

so in dns forwarder, just create whatever host overrides you want.
