Updated to today's snapshot with the 12:14 timestamp.  Upgraded firmware fine and rebooted but OpenVPN process was not running and refuses to start.  OpenVPN logs states initiation successful but no tunnels were working.  Downgraded to an 11/19 snap and I'm back in business.  I assume its related to one of these commits.

+1 same issue as well as in serial console there is error message when it says creating symlinks, says file or directory not found, for openvpn client it tells me cant find file or directory for the certificate

It might be a permissions issue.  I'm not familiar with exactly what effect it has if a directory does not have execute permissions applied, but I'm thinking it might not work that way.  On those two safe_mkdir lines, try changing 0600 to 0700

Next snap should be good. Either wait for that one or gitsync.
