Limit speeds on CP Vouchers

Is there a way to assign different bandwidths to different voucher rolls? I know that we can set the bandwidth at the captive portal level for all users, but I am wondering if we can set them at the voucher level. Maybe with some sort of VLAN or different subnet? Although I would need it to be transparent to the users. So everyone is authenticated at the same CP login page and then upon entering the voucher the speed limit kicks in based on the voucher/roll used.

This is usually done through a radius server. The cp can't do this.
