I wanted to setup dual WAN with a 3G Modem, as you can see modem is connected and i got
the IP adress from ISP, but i get no response from ISP's gateway and surfing doesn't work.

      1. Modem is Huawei K3520, tested on PC, OK
      2. Configuration is from official site https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Configuring_3G_modems

      Did someone had simillar experience?

I think it's typical that the ppp gateway doesn't answer to ping. It's probably just an 'imaginary host', seems to be the same address everywhere. You have to specify a known-good server on the Internet instead.

The answer is the one I gave above, perhaps my words were not clear enough: you have to change Monitor IP to some host that answers ping.

Put 8.8.8.8 on monitor ip in the gateway. It works with me. Like @ristosu said.
