    HELP! Cant get transparent proxy to work.

      Hi everyone, first off I'm VERY new to pfsense (almost a week now) so please bare with me. I have been trying to get transparent proxy to work with squid + havp.  If I disable squid havp works fine transparently, and works fine if I set havp up in parent mode and manually connect to squid.  If I disable havp all together squid still won't work transparently.

      Long story short is I can only route traffic through squid if I manually configure it.  I have yet to get it working transparently.  Please help I don't know how many more sleepless nights can take trying to figure this out…

        What squid version are you using?
