      Hi,

I am using the Squid package in transparent mode and I understand it forwards all requests for port 80 to the squid caching server.
I would like to expand that to requests for port 2710.  Ideally I would like to limit it to a specific LAN and WAN ip/hostname.

      How do I do this?

Create a nat rule forwarding traffic from specific LAN ips ->  outbound port 2710 to 127.0.0.1 at squid port.

aha, this works!  I was originally trying the router's local ip address instead of localhost.

          Obrigado e feliz carnaval! :)
