this will not show everything, i have a switch that is not there and then i have a server that does not show up, but i can access.

you can port scan every IP and port on your entire subnet also… But if something is just sitting there, not sending or receiving packets not sure what you can do.

Yep - I've used that one also but scanning large IP spaces can take forever!

When scanning larger ranges, increase the "Maximum number of threads" option. It will go faster.

I use Advanced IP Scanner for simple, quick scans.

Assuming you're on the same layer 2 as the devices you want to find.
Install the nmap package (System > Packages)
Pick the interface you want (e.g. LAN)
Enter the LAN subnet (e.g. 192.168.1.0/24)
Pick ARP for the scan typeNot much can hide from that.
