After I installed the Intel I350-T4 in my system running pfSense 2.2.1, pfSense won't boot.
      Attached the error page.

I see a EEPROM checksum error and a Trap 12 error.

      Anyone an idea?

I've come across that EEPROM problem before under Linux.  It will usually go away if you plug an active cable into ALL 4 ports before powering on the machine, or disabling all PCI-E power management in your BIOS.

        I can break anything.

It is not the solution  :(
All 4 cables connected to the switch and server powered on.

And what is with the other try?
or disabling all PCI-E power management in your BIOS.

start reading thread with exact same situation here: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=91294.msg509645#msg509645

So I ditched the old card and replaced it with a "Intel I350-T4 PCI-Express",  but I'm having even more trouble with this card.  It causes a fatal trap 12,  EEPROM is not valid.  And wont boot  :(

it was fixed by updating the firmware of the intel card … see a couple of posts further down

Thank you so much, indeed seems exactly the same. Will try it tomorrow and will report back.
