System log is filling dnsmasq

My system log is filling this messages "dnsmasq[37765]: failed to send packet: Invalid argument" and some addresses not avaivable or very slowly opened. Some vlan cannot open eny page on the internet but ping working and dnslookup resolves addresses. I stoped proxy, tried another dns server but still nothing.
