1u pfsense 4 interface build, advice needed

Its been a while since I built a pfsense box. The last one I built was with a Intel d2500cc and an Intel PRO/1000 GT in a SUGO SG06.

I was hoping to build something similar for work. Problem is that the above board only has a single PCI slot and ideally I need 4 interfaces:
WAN1
WAN2
LAN
WIFI

Another 1U or at most 2U small case would be fine as long as its cheap! low noise would be ideal, it will be installed in a small 6U cabinet quite close to me.

It is not going to require much bandwidth, I probably don't need gigabit ports but I want them! A hand full of local clients, occasional openVPN connections. WAN speeds are really slow 3MB hence 2 of them. Maybe asterisk in the future.

The last build I did came in at around £150, I would like to keep this one quite similar £200?

Any advice appreciated.

For WAN speeds that low you have the right 1U case. Go with an Atom on this one, if you are planning for just plain pfSense with no IDS. With that low bandwidth, not sure how great your OpenVPN experience will be.

We use several of the Jetway JNF99-525 Long Life Fanless Dual Core Atom Mini-ITX Board with Dual LAN, with a 3x Gigabit LAN Daughterboard Module Expansion.

That gives us 5 x Intel Gigabit ports. Working perfectly with pfSense, one of them even has Asterisk on it. Running 24/7 nanobsd from CF-to-Sata adapters with 4GB CF cards inserted.

Pretty expensive but premium quality.

Rock solid builds. Once needed to replace internal DC>ATX picoPSU though, motherboard and other parts survived.
