Weird FTP problem. Did something change in PFsense 2.2??

I have a client that uses some web based insurance industry software. Under 2.1 their software could do FTP transfers in the web client just fine. Under 2.2 it fails. There is nothing in the PF sense firewall log and running TCP view in windows I can see it trying to connect to a remote address on port 21. I plugged a wireless internet router into the machine in question and tried a different internet connection and it worked. There is definitely a prob with the PFsense connection. If there are no outbound rules, what setting in PFsense would be interfering here?

Thanks, that fixed it. Nothing like ancient software to keep us busy…. :(
In case its not obvious, PFsense is NOT the ancient software I am complaining about....
