        If you use the ISP-router, then I think no vLAN(35) for pfSense.
        Either you put pfSense and (maybe via managed-switch) vLAN(35) directly onto FttH-ONT ?

          So right then, you connected pfSense-vLAN(35)-WAN to Bell-ONT-LAN1 (and did not use Bell-Router in between)?

            Well no, you have to decide a sensical setup first. Trial & Horror, with double routers, doesn't cut it.
            Suggest make it work with Bell-router, if signal true then replace Bell-router with pfSense.
