Good All-Weather passive, low-power box?

I'm looking for a passive box that is very low power with three or four interfaces. As small as possible and as weatherproof as possible.

not rain or direct snow/rain/water but something that can run essentially in a shed or garage environment (storage facility similar to a warehouse) where there is no climate control in terms of both temperature as well as humidity.

Currently the Linksys/Cisco routers (retail garbage) seem to last for about a year or two before crapping out.
