1.2rc1 Racoon won't start

Hey everyone,
I'm running 1.2rc1 and I can't get an ipsec tunnel working
I've enabled ipsec and added a tunnel to my other PFsense firewall.
The tunnel is supposed to go over WAN2 (which has a static IP) but I tried using WAN as well.
All the configuration seems alright in the WebConfigurator, but when I check the serivces status, racoon is stopped and won't start.
I fired up the shell on the box and tried running racoon manualy in the foreground to see what was happening. It gives me a configfile parse error.
So I went to look at the config file in /var/etc/racoon.conf and there is nothing there. Not an empty file, no file at all.
I have restarted the box several times and reinstalled once now.
I should note that this is installed on vmware server.What output/config files do you guys need to help me out with this?
