I have a laptop running pfSense with only 2 interfaces, LAN and WAN.  What would be the best method of DMZ'ing certain devices on the LAN interface without disruption?  I'm currently running an OpenVPN server I would like to keep functional (so I assume 1:1 NAT would be out?)

Are you talking about the real definition of a DMZ or the little blue plastic router definition of a DMZ?
