Bridging LAN
-
Hi,
I have a cpu box with 3 NIC. I want to setup the following and would like to know if this is possible with pfsense.
eth2 where there are two VLAN 10 (10.1.1.0/24) and VLAN 20 (192.168.1.0/24). I would like to bridge the VLAN 10 traffic to eth0 and VLAN 20 traffic to eth1.
I do not want NAT the traffic. Is this a possible setup?.
Thanks.

Why not just get a switch?

Unless I missed something, you want to ROUTE traffic across vlans, not bridge it.

So you have 2 vlans already on eth2, vlan 10 and vlan 20 - and now you want eth0 to be part of vlan 10, and eth1 to part of vlan 20?
Dude if you need more ports in your vlan - connect to a switch with the port configured for that vlan. Interfaces on pfsense router are NOT switch ports..
