I am running pfSense 2.2.2 I use a VPN service and I have it set up in the consle under VPN clients I have all the different servers I connect too. The issue I am having is when cable goes down or I reboot my pfSense box I see, under status-Services, all services  to the different VPN servers are on. When I stop all the other services and leave the service that I was using I still need to restart it.

Anyone have any idea how to correct this issue?

Check the "disable" box for the instances you don't want to run. Otherwise they will be started during boot, and at a variety of other times while the system is running depending on what you do to it.
