Configuring Port Forwarding with NAT
-
Hi
I will appreciate your help
I have being trying to configure my PFsense to redirect some ports but it's not working, this is what I have
WAN=10.0.3.2
LAN=192.168.0.2
DMZ=10.0.0.2I am trying to redirect ports from WAN to DMZ, I followed the guide to configured in the NAT section but it's not working, do you have any advice?
I am forwarding port 80 from WAN to DMZ to an IP 10.0.0.6
This is the guide I am following
http://hubpages.com/hub/Port-Forwarding-in-pfSense-How-to-Configure-NAT

And your behind a double nat, did you forward the ports at the device in front of pfsense? How do you know its not working - are you actually testing from outside or trying to use nat reflection. Is the web server your pointing running a firewall?
And what is the mask on your 10 networks - they don't overlap do they.
So have you looked at https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Port_Forward_Troubleshooting

Hi
The mask for all my networks are 255.255.255.0, I am testing from outside and I have no double nat, should I change the mask?

No. Port-redirect specifics ? The precise routing from the public IP into 10.0.0.2:80 ?
i.e. A(WAN/public:??) -> A(LAN/10.0.3.1:??) -> B(WAN/10.0.3.2: ??) -> B(DMZ/10.0.0.2:80) -
WAN=10.0.3.2
Do you have Block private networks unchecked in Interfaces - WAN?
