Plex port forwarding not working

Hello, I am running the latest release of pfsense and have setup a port forward for Plex. However it doesn't seem to be working properly. Plex is unable to connect to my server from outside locations. I have included a screenshot of the NAT rule.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I can tell you common mistake is user behind a double nat, wrong IP, host firewall..

Did you enable plex remote access?

I don't believe I am double NAT. My pfsense is connected to a verizon router that is placed in bridge mode with everything else disabled.

Also, I have enabled remote access, and every time I test it Plex says it can't connect as well as trying from outside my network.

EDIT

I think I know what the problem is. I have a netgear router that is my PIA VPN router, and the media server is directed at that. Going to try some things and check back.
