New SG-2440 owner questions

I purchased with the WiFi option from pfSense. Does the WiFi card support simultaneous 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz?
Under System -> Advanced -> Networking, is it safe enable (uncheck) "Hardware TCP Segmentation Offloading" & "Hardware Large Receive Offloading"? The installation came with these checked, disabling these hardware features.
Thanks for any info!

Unfortunately it's one or the other. There aren't any cards currently that can run both at once from the same card on FreeBSD.

You do not want those enabled on a firewall.

dudes. I'm logged in, but the captcha is still showing? I am NOT feeling the love, especially after getting a character wrong and having the first post I wrote wiped.
I also just got a 2440. I am loving the dork buttons - not on a network yet, just looking it over.
Is there a manual for the mainboard itself around someplace?
I noticed an sd card holder/slot on the board, formatted a card exfat, and put it in the slot. I'm connected via the console, but saw no arrival notification and after a reboot am still not seeing it polled at startup time or visible in df. (and in fact may have seen one fewer storage device after bootup with it in, but have not verified that yet.
Is there a suggestion for how to get the wifi antennas to screw into and hold to the pigtails coming through the box? My first try, finger tightening the antennas wasn't really possible - the nuts beneath rotated freely no matter as the antenna sorta-kinda tightened.
I'm open to suggestions - add a spacer thick enough for the antenna mount to butt into it and really drag the 'tail out?

This is the manual from the manufacturer of the MB: http://www.adiengineering.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/RCC-VE-Platform-User-Manual-R100.pdf. Note that there might be slight variations for the version made for and sold by pfSense (they'll have to chime in).
The only "card" holder on the board is for a GSM SIM card - not a micro SD card. The mini PCI-E slot that would cover the SIM card holder can be used for a cellular card.
I had no issues screwing on the antennas of the SG-2440 I received. They tightened down nicely, and the antennas stay on place, after I orientate them.

That's only for your first post, so you've gotten past the captcha fun. Sorry, but spam bots are a major problem for forums as highly trafficked as this one.

There is no SD card slot. Guessing maybe you stuck it in the SIM card slot?

Guessing that's not a wifi kit you bought from us? Our pigtails come with a nut of sorts that goes on the outside to help hold it tight. Though I've had no issue when I don't have one of those handy, you won't likely be able to finger tighten it tight enough, but a nut driver or just a pliers should suffice to get the job done.

No worries - it was just surprising not to have the first round of typing saved. I hope that the 'not feeling the love' was understood as humorous.

Interesting. I even showed the slot to the local cell specialist and said "Is that SIM slot?" He didn't think it was the right size, handed me a gig sdcard, and … nuffin'! (But it did fit...)
The manual is awesome, very glad to have the board pin headers for reference.

Nope, bought the device and wifi antennas from y'all, order #4175, picked up from FedEx today. :)
I was able to dog the inside and outside nuts against the washer pretty hard once I got home and had access to finer tools.
The only thing I've added myself is msata flash, I had 120 gig around so I didn't need to add that to the order.
Off to do some actual testing - thanks to all for the links!

A 5/16 socket (or 8mm) or wrench should be the right size to tighten the nut. Also make sure you have removed the nut and washer and put them on the outside of the case. If you are trying to tighten the nut from the inside of the case that won't work properly.
I took a few pics of the process here:
