In the UPNP page of pfsense, it says that you can only specify a single WAN interface (usually the default gateway). How do I configure it to be compatible with multiWAN, in such a way that it will also change the default gateway when one WAN interface goes down?

You can't.  It's bound to only one WAN interface.

IMHO it should be improved with the ability to use some cool rules, but at this time it's what it is.

Fair enough. That means that all upnp connections will only traverse through one WAN connection, right?
