New nano install - RRD Graphs not working.
-
I have just installed 2.2.3-RELEASE (i386) nanobsd (4g) on my Firebox. It seems im having problems with fonts, which is causing RRD graphs to fail to load.
If i go straight to the RRD page, i get the following -
If i then change the "style" to "absoloute" i get the following:
So the graphs themselves have generated, but there is no text. In the logs i get this:
php-fpm[2244]: /status_rrd_graph_img.php: Failed to create graph with error code 1, the error is: ERROR: failed to load /usr/local/share/rrdtool/fonts/DejaVuSansMono-Roman.ttf 675x447/usr/bin/nice -n20 /usr/local/bin/rrdtool graph /tmp/wan-traffic.rrd-fouryear.png --start 1311368134 --end 1437598534 --step 86400 --vertical-label "bits/sec" --color SHADEA#eeeeee --color SHADEB#eeeeee --title "firewall.internal.home.thehaywards.me - WAN :: Traffic - 4 years - 1 day average" --height 200 --width 620 DEF:wan-in_bytes_pass=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:inpass:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-out_bytes_pass=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:outpass:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-in_bytes_block=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:inblock:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-out_bytes_block=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:outblock:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-in6_bytes_pass=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:inpass6:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-out6_bytes_pass=/var/db/rrd/wan-traffic.rrd:outpass6:AVERAGE:step=86400 DEF:wan-in6_bytes_block=/var/db/
Looking into the /usr/local/share/ directory, i dont have an rrdtool directory, only an rrdtool binary.
Assuming the "find" command in BSD functions the same as Linux, then i dont have the DejaVuSansMono-Roman.ttf font anywhere on my system.
Any suggestions please?

Should be there. Any errors when writing the card? I would image a fresh card and restore the config.

Hey thanks for that, i think i will do a re-image of the card when i get chance, as a temp solution i created the dir and scp'd the font over from another pfsense box. Seems to be working at the moment. But as the directory structure wasnt created initially it looks like i may have a semi broken box so i think i definitely need to rebuild.
