All i configured was VLANs (none) and WAN/LAN port. the rest is default.

Do you have the NICs plugged in while it's booting or no? Not that it should matter either way, but knowing whether it happens when the NICs are unplugged might possibly be telling.

I do have them plugged in. one is the ethernet port wich i could unplug, the other one is the wireless card wich i dont believe will be able to remove.

Which interface is wireless, LAN or WAN? What's the wireless card you're using?

i put the eth0 on wan and the wireless on lan. robi, you might hate on my nuc but it installed once. at this point i'm rather more interested why it wont install again.

What wireless card are you using? How is it configured?
How are your WAN and LAN configured for IPv4 and IPv6 (static, DHCP(6), PPPoE, …)? -
configurationwise: i have not reached the config panel. so the only things i had configured was wich nic should belong to wan and wich to lan. as i had not done any configuration further than this i believe everything should be standard.
The wireless nic might be a Intel Advanced-n 6235, you can take a look at it at http://imgur.com/oyiMUJh0.
also, since it's mini pci-e i could actually remove it if you think that might help. -
Have you been able to fix this?
I'm having the same issue with a custom built PC.
I was able to get to configuration once, but then it just started loop booting on its own. -
