Mailreport - never sent a rrd report

Hi..

pfSense v2.0.3
mailreport v2.0.4

Ive never managed to get an emailed report of the rrd graphs and during a quick system check I saw the following in the system log when it was due to send a mail:

php: : rrdcolors.inc.php for theme does not exist, using defaults!

I tried a manual send and got the same error….

Im not that much of a Linux type guy - so poking around on the console trying to work it out doesnt sound easy..

Any advice on how to fix ??

That error isn't fatal, it just means it couldn't locate the theme when the report ran, so it used the default RRD colors.

Were there no other errors in the logs at all?

Does the report send if you press the button in the GUI, just not from the automated script? Or do you never receive the report no matter what you do?

Do other e-mail notifications work besides the report?

Hi..

I've tried manual as well as automated and nothing comes thru..

I do get warnings when gateways are down etc etc.. So I gues the email side is working..

Are there any logs or debug that I can try and find for this package ?

It doesn't keep any debug logs or anything like that.

One thing that happened to me with the reports was that for some reason they were tripping a server-side spam filter and I had to make an adjustment on my mail server to let them though, even though all my other notifications worked.

I have a similar issue - automated report never send. I am trying to do a daily report with a few rrd graphs. It works fine if I click send now but the automation doesn't work. I have also tried selecting the blank option in the "Day of the week" field but it always reverts to Sunday when I save, maybe this is the issue?

Nevermind, I see where I went wrong. The hour wasn't set, I mistakenly assumed it would just send at midnight.
