Hi. We are planning to change our firewall (CISCO ASA) to a PF Sense solution. We have over 800 users and 70 mbps internet channel.

IN this moment we are doing a test plan with PF sense intall in a dell appliance and it´s working nice, but we don´t know about experience in medium to large environments.

Does anyone have experience with some similar  ?

      I would appreciate your comments.

I've had as many as 450 users going through a pfSense system on a 50mbps line with no problem. I've certainly heard of much bigger PFS setups than that.

Routinely have thousands of Captive Portal users on a 200M line (Soon 300M) on a 2.1.5 C2758.
