Error: 'SARG: Cannot set the locale LC_ALL to the environment variable'

I have problems to run a scheduled task sarg. When I run the terminal command: 'sarg-x' or '/ usr/pbi/sarg-i386/bin/sarg' operates normally and generates the report successfully. But when I configure Sarg Schedules the report is not generated, even cliando in 'Force Update Now'. The system logs: "php: / pkg_edit.php: The command '/ usr/pbi/sarg-i386/bin/sarg' returned exit code '1 ', the output was' SARG: Can not Set the locale LC_ALL to the environment variable "

I'm having the same issue.

here is my syslog:
