Much more info is needed.
Really though, WAN is where traffic shaping should primarily be.Traffic shaping (queued aka delayed) is rather unnecessary on ingress. Why further delay incoming traffic that is already at the interface with queueing?
Traffic policing (no queue aka limiters?) is more logical for LAN/ingress. -
Is it possible that your LAN NIC isn't supported by ALTQ?

Thanks for the response I think KOM made an important fact I think my LAN does not support it I really need to buy me a Intel NIC any recommendation?
And Nullity good point But What im trying to do is limit some LAN IP to lets say 3000kb

Stick to cards supported by FreeBSD 10.1.

I've never used that card before. I'm fully virtual so I use the Broadcom NICs in my Dell servers running as emulated Intel E1000.

I will tryout the dual port (82546) and keep you posted how it works ;)
Thanks KOM
