Em0 is down

I have two connection em0 and pppoe0 ,below is the welcome screen on my pfsence
WAN (wan) -> em0 -> x.x.x.x
LAN (lan) -> fxp0 -> 10.0.0.1
10WAN (opt1) -> pppoe0 -> x.x.x.x (PPPoE)but Dash board says that WAN CONNECTION IS DOWN

Collisions 0I don't know what is the problem for this . I run the command to up interface
ifconfig em0 up
Nothing is happen is it is any configuration problem is happened .Both interface has worked fine before two days .Any suggestion is appreciable

That means it's not plugged into anything, or not plugged in with the right kind of cable (xover or not), or bad cable. Doesn't have link.
