Squid + SquidGuard Parando 2.2.4

Boa tarde.
Estou monitorando, e essa linha que colei acima foi a exceção.
as Seguintes linhas de erro se repetem, mais ou menos a cada 15 min.

Acabei de limpar o cache e recria-lo com o comando squid -z como você sugeriu em um outro topico, mas sem sucesso, o erro volta a aparecer.
que acl é essa vazia? -

Ele morre quando da esse erro:

O meu está parando sozinho desde que atualizei para versão 0.2.9 do squid3. Em menos de uma semana saiu as versões 0.3.0, 0.3.1 e 0.3.2 e ainda assim continua parando intermitentemente o squid. Até a versão 0.3.1 o squid só voltava quando executasse o comando squid -z, que indicava nos logs do sistema. Agora na versão 0.3.2, quase não aparece nos logs para executar o squid -z, mas tem parado direto o serviço, várias vezes por dia. Já reinstalei o pacote do squid3 e nada.

tenta desativar esse swapstate_check.php via cron ou colocando um exit no começo dele

Desativei ele. O erro permaneceu.

Parece que é esse o problema.
A estrutura de pasta, permissão, algo desse tipo. Você sabe se tem alguma coisa de errado nesse sentido?Vou atualizando aqui.

Atualizei para a ultima versão e estou tendo o mesmo problema, extamente as 0:00 todos os dias e eu não consegui compreender o log.

De novo outra atualização do squid e o problema persiste.

Dá uma olhada neste post http://www.vivaolinux.com.br/topico/PFSENSE-1/Conflito-pfSEnse-224-RELEASE-amd64-squid-279-pkg-v436-squidGuard-beta-1914, acredito que deve ser o mesmo problema que passei. Se for da um retorno aí. Lá tem video aulas falando sobre o problema e a solução.

Mais uma atualização do Squid hoje, 0.3.4, parece que agora está estável. Atualizei de manhã e até agora o squid não parou.

Olhe o changelog do squid. Todas essas atualizações são pequenas correções na interface web. O binário é o mesmo.

É, a felicidade durou pouco o squid parou de novo e solicitou o squid -z:
