    using a concave service curve under HFSC, a flow can achieve lowerdelay than under PFQ without over-reserving link bandwidth. As a result, HFSC provides decoupled delay and bandwidth allocation in an integrated fashion

    http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~hzhang/HFSC/tech.html

    the max value for d I found is 1000000000 ms

    example of my concave service curve for gaming:
    <name>qGamesUp</name>
    <realtime3>52%</realtime3>
    <realtime2>1</realtime2>
    <realtime1>70%</realtime1>

    m1=70%(max allowed value) d=1ms m2=52%

    The question is what are the ideal values for m1 d and m2 for gaming??
    What are the ideal values for m1 d and m2 for VOIP, ACK??
    What values would make the most concave service curve??
