Every so often, generally when pfsense has been running for a couple of weeks, ill see this error after login
Warning: scandir(/usr/local/www/classes/): failed to open dir: Device not configured in /usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc on line 62 Warning: scandir(): (errno 6): Device not configured in /usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc on line 62 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/www/guiconfig.inc on line 62 Warning: require_once(includes/functions.inc.php): failed to open stream: Device not configured in /usr/local/www/index.php on line 134 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'includes/functions.inc.php' (include_path='.:/etc/inc:/usr/local/www:/usr/local/captiveportal:/usr/local/pkg') in /usr/local/www/index.php on line 134
The login page itself will load, although with no scripts/css, but if i enter my login, i see the above errorIf I reboot pfsense, everything is fine again, for another few weeks.
I am running pfSense NanoBSD, VGA, 4GB on a Compact flash card in a Jetway NF9H-525 (Intel Atom)

Yeah. Sounds like the CF is about dead.

Is the NanoBSD version generally as good as normal version? I am wondering if its worth buying a really hard disk instead of replacing the CF. Are there any advantages to this approach?
when I setup seemed that this would nice and simple, also takes up less space…
