I have 10 Mb link i want to assign 1 Mb per IP to the whole network, so 10 users can use 1mb at the same time whenever i applies any rule it restricts whole sub-net to use only 1mb to all users instead of using 1mb per!

Make two 1Mbit limiters, one in and one out.

Set the mask to source addresses on the in and destination addresses on the out.

Each IP address will have its own 1/1 pipe.

Once u create 1 limiter u will see that info in the settings.

Derelict, what happen if we chose nothing in that field?

            Mask

            Thanks.

Then all users use the same pipe and all users are limited to the same bandwidth collectively - they all share the one pipe.

In that case it is usually beneficial to create a child limiter masked by source/dest IP address so the limiter can try to keep one user from hogging it all.

Let see if I get the logic.

                1MB/1MB

If we setup limiter we chose mask source…

Each source will have 1MB/1MB pipe.

                1MB/1MB

If we setup limiter we chose nothing  in the mask.

We have 1 pipe 1MB/1MB for all our sources?

Them 10 users will share 1MB/1MB?

                Thanks.
