Squid Rever proxy … works for exchange only

Hello

The proxy is configured to listen on loopback.
Nat port 80 or 443 translate to loopback

Squid Reverse proxy set for 80 and 443 and Exchange.

Multiple web servers
Multiple mapping

Eveyrthing worked as plan.

I updated Pfsense 2.1 to the latest RC.

Now only the exchange rule is working.

Can someone help ?
Every other rule is ignored
