Hi all, sorry there will be an easy answer for this but I don't know the terminology so cannot search!

I have two boys with a computer each, they are under 10, and learning so quick. Although their computing time is in the office with mum, they do still manage to land up on some strange websites, luckily nothing bad yet but its only a matter of time.

Their computers have fixed IPs and I want to block websites or just have their computers going through a parental DNS or something?

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be cool.

Hi, so you are saying just open DNS from their computers as opposed to something more awesome in PFsense?

Furry muff, I'll take a look.

            there are no fix-all solutions.

you could check the E2guardian bounty. https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=87526.0
