Pfsense kills my upload speed why?

So I just noticed that for some reason pfsense is killing my upload speed some how here are 2 screen shots I took:

With pfsense
Is their some thing inside the Webconf I should change?

pppoe ? might be a mtu issue
if not pppoe check cabling / interface errors

Can't be pppoe im using DHCP

Are you using the proxy? Do you have any sort of limiters/queues/qos setup on pfsense?
I am on comcast and I don't have any issues with upload

EDIT: I've appeared to have fixed the issue some how not sure if it had to do with the fact I had 192.168.0.1 for my Wireless router and 192.168.1.1 for my LAN on pfsense all I did was pick option 2 and set my interface IP's for the LAN changed the LAN IP from 192.168.1.1 to 10.1.2.10 ect and my speeds some how are where they're supposed to be now.

So you wireless router is natting as well? That shouldn't have caused such a dip..

Multiple things at 192.168.1.1 causing something in the middle (switch) to get confused by different MAC addresses? Reason for asking is 192.168.1.1 is a pretty common default IP for lots of home network stuff.
