IPSEC Issue (Connexion up, Trrafic IN => OK, Traffic OUT => NON)

Hi,
I have configuring my Pfsense box to connect to fortigate with IPSEC,
All is done except the traffic out from my box to Fortigat.Please see below the error logs from Ipsec statu:
racoon: [Unknown Gateway/Dynamic]: DEBUG: 92 bytes from xx.xx.xx.xx[500] to xx.xx.xx.xx[500] (From my public IP adress tp Partner public IP adresse)
