Are you sure you need to be using the Gateway & Layer7 sections?

You could setup a LAN firewall rule to catch all traffic originating from your Debian computer, then assign that traffic to a WAN queue that uses PRIQ with the highest priority.

Make sure your rule is catching the traffic, then make sure the queue you assign the traffic to is working. What you are trying to achieve should be easy. :)

          Good evening again,

I am so sorry about it but I am beginner on pfsense therefore I really do not know how to do it.
Is there any document or another way that I can check step by step?

I catch all traffic from Debian server by the rule on LAN as you may find at the attachment. But I do not know what to do after this.

I am sorry again to give some hard time.  :'(

The pfSense wiki is a great resource as is this forum and Google.
