Something ** is wrong in your basic setup.

      Tel us about your :
      DNS Setup
      Used interfaces
      Portal setup.

** I can't say more. You didn't say anything about your setup.

          WAN
          IP:192.168.100.5
          Gateway:192.168.100.1
          DNS:8.8.8.8
                  8.8.4.4
          LAN
          IP:192.168.1.1
          Gateway:None
          DNS :None

Used interfaces : I used the LAN interface
Portal setup:I used the pfsense default config

All config are based on the pfsense site tutorial ,when I enable captive portal can't browse any site only when I type the 192.168.1.1:8000 then login successfully .Why I can't redirect the portal page when browsing site at start using the LAn interface?

            @manpacheco:

            ….

            DNS :None

as you said, if you (the visitor) uses an URL like http://www.google.com, as you are not resolving DNS for the visitor, you will not be redirected (to the portal).
See (again) https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Captive_Portal_Troubleshooting#Captive_portal_not_redirecting : first issue.
What are your captive portal firewall rules ? (issue 2)
Keep in mind issue 3 …

My answer to the other post you added to another query of this kind:

What are you using for DNS? The browser has to be able to resolve an external address before redirecting to the portal page. Until you've authenticated, external DNS servers are unavailable, so the best thing is to set PFS as a DNS forwarder and use the firewall as your primary DNS for your LAN clients.

As an aside, you might want to consider upgrading to a newer version.
