Watchguard Firebox x550e will not boot from CF

Hello,
I need help with Watchguard Firebox x550e that I bought from Ebay. I am not sure if the unit is faulty or I am making a mistake.
Trying to flash BIOS with FreeDOS on 32MB CF, but after start there is only one beep. Screen shows: Booting OS…
and stays there for ever.
Any ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Does it boot the original card ok?
Most likely the FreeDOS image didn't write correctly. Can you verify the card by reading it in a windows box? How did you write the image?Steve

It was booting OK from original CF, but I erased. I am using Image Writer for Windows.

If you used Win32 Disk Imager and you are using FreeDOSBios2.img.gz you will have to unzip the file image file first. Did you do that? You can easily prove that the image was written correctly by reading the CF card in Windows.
