Server @malaysia but cannot connect here @ph with Pfsense

I'm Kinda noob here and company server is located @malaysia so the problem is when we are pinging here ph to malaysia it is ok, but when malaysia to ph, the tracert cannot be completed it always display "Request time out"

I'm assuming that your server @malaysia is hosted by Telekom Malaysia (TM Net) . Being lived in Malaysia, it is well known to us Malaysians that TM Net "filters" ICMP that being used by traceroute / tracert . I don't have any logical explaination other than ISP is trying hard to "hide" their mistakes by filtering those ICMP packet. I assume "if" the ISP reveal those traceroute / tracert traffic, they would get lots of calls and complaints from their customers (the stupidity of ISP in Malaysia) .
On the other hands, other traffic "should" work well . You can try pinging your server @malaysia and from @malaysia to @ph . It should work under normal circumstances (provided that you already allow ping from/to pfSense).

will vpn will solve this to redirect all connection in our static i.p?
