Freeradius user permission

Hello. I'm trying to designate a user to modify user inside freeradius. But not give access to the whole firewall.

I've tried to set a group with permission only to Freeradius, and its fine, because when that user logs in, it automatically redirect only to freeradius package page.

But, when try to edit or add a new user, It fails. Nothing happens.

User can go thru the whole process about adding a new user, but when save times come, it just "pseudo apply" configs and returns to radius user page with nothing added there.

Is there any way to make it work? thanks

In addition I can say that the authorized user is able to delete the freeradius users
