      hi

      i am new to pfsense i install it successfully but it is showing WAN is down and MY LAN Is up

      i already assign my wan ip(public ip) to WAN interface but it is showing  WAN is down–> here my ip is coming from switch

      after restarting my pfsense it again showing WAN is down.

      any suggestions

        Paste the WAN section from Status > Interfaces.

          without DHCP server we can use pfsense ?

            Yes, it works fine - some might say it works best - with static WAN IP addresses. A /29 is a nice start.
