Amazon Cloud Drive Issue
-
When I upload files to Amazon Cloud Drive via the desktop app (using a Mac) my entire internet connection goes down after about 500MB.
I have to reboot all the networking equipment before it will come back up.
I am running pfSense on Watchguard Firebox with upgraded RAM and CPU.
Last night it locked up. In order to do some testing I removed the pfSense box and used my Airport Extreme as a router and tried uploading again and it completed the whole file (1.5GB) without locking up.
Has anyone had a similar issue?

Does it do this consistently or only occasionally? On just the ACD or on any upload site?

ALL the networking equipment? Do you mean your router(s), switch(es) and hosts, or are you just resetting a subset of these?

Great. How much RAM and how many CPUs? What are the other hardware specs?

Sounds like you tried this only once. Does it do this consistently? In other words, have you tried the same upload on different hardware several times and do you only get the the upload issue when using the Firebox, or are there times when this can happen on the Airport?
Has anyone had a similar issue?
Not personally, but if you can provide a bit more information it would go some way to help possibly provide a solution.

It does it consistently and only for the ACD. It does it with the ACD desktop program. It works fine through the web interface, but you are limited on size by doing it that way.
I have to power off the modem, switch, pfSense router. My setup is Modem -> Trendnet Gigabit Switch => PS4 and pfSense box. From the pfSense box it goes to an Airport Extreme and from there to all other devices in my house. The PS4 sits outside the router so I don't have any NAT issues. I then power back on the modem and let it come up. Then the switch, and then the pfSense box. I believe it has to do with the equipment grabbing a DHCP address from the cable modem (or whatever upstream hands them out.)
The pfSense box is a Watchguard x550e. It has 1GB of Ram, a Pentium M Dothan @ 1.5GHZ.
I have only tried removing the pfSense box once.

Are you sure the entire line is going down? After such a 'crash' have you tried attaching a separate device (laptop?) to your switch and pinging an outside address before restarting everything?
